ONE PLACE FOR YOUR AI ACCOUNTS
MADE TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
A little clarity.
A lot less tab hopping.
Your limits shouldn’t interrupt your work. See what’s available, what resets next, and which account is ready.
Every account. Its own story.
Connect multiple Claude and Codex accounts. See weekly allowance and a separate 5-hour window when your plan reports one.
History that stays with you.
Explore account trends, seven-day bars, and allowance activity. History lives on your Mac and stays through app updates.
Glass, your way.
Choose your chart style, account colors, and menu-bar order. Set dashboard and dropdown transparency independently.
Native. Lightweight. Yours.
Built with SwiftUI and AppKit. No Electron, no Ai-llowance account, and no analytics backend. Your provider credentials stay on your Mac.
A SMALL ADDITION TO YOUR DAY
Connect once.
Glance whenever.
- 01
Install Ai-llowance
Open the DMG and drag the app into Applications.
- 02
Connect your accounts
Follow each provider’s sign-in steps. Claude, Codex, and Copilot subscription readings require their installed CLI. API connections use keys.
- 03
Make it yours
Choose the accounts, labels, colors, and charts you want to see. Ai-llowance keeps readings up to date automatically.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Clear answers, too.
Do I need to leave Claude or Codex open?
After a successful connection, Ai-llowance reads usage without an open chat or Terminal window. Provider tools and credentials must remain available; expired sign-ins may need reconnecting.
Does this track exact coding time or tokens?
No. Subscription charts show reported allowance and observed changes. The activity heatmap shows allowance consumption, not exact coding time. Plans have different capacities, so percentages aren’t a token or cost comparison.
Where does my data go?
Account settings and history stay on your Mac. The app contacts your connected providers to read usage and GitHub to check for signed updates. It has no Ai-llowance analytics backend. Read the privacy details ↗
Which accounts are supported?
Claude Code and Codex subscription allowances, Copilot CLI quota reports in preview, OpenAI and Claude API spending, and OpenRouter, Vercel AI Gateway, and xAI API credits. Available limits depend on your provider and plan. xAI requires a management API key and team ID; Grok subscriptions aren’t supported.
How do I get future updates?
Open Settings → Updates → Check for Updates. The app checks the signed release feed and offers Install and Relaunch. Your accounts, preferences, and history are preserved.
More flow.
Less wondering.
